Jesus, Abraham and Mohammed worshiped the same God; all would abhor what's being done in their name today.
All these years I've heard you proclaiming artists such as Dustin Welch, American Musicians, and I've stubbornly refused to listen. "Not my kind of music," I'd think, then turn away and listen to what amounts to garbage in the face of this. I think I've been converted! There are "modern" bands out there in every genre with soul, if you look hard enough for them, musicians who seem to have tapped into something deeper in life and have turned their faucets on full for us to fill our cups. But so far, from what I've seen and heard, this genre holds far more artists with that ability.
